CheeseBurger專業設計供需平台

CheeseBurger是一個由設計人建立的設計供需平台,兼顧設計師交流提升和求職徵才功能,致力於追求勞資雙方互利、互相尊重的求職徵才環境。解決業主和設計師媒合過程中的問題,改變大眾對於設計的認知,提升台灣設計師的職涯環境,期望建立具有社會責任的教育性質平台。

CheeseBurger is an information sharing and employment-oriented service for designers that operates via websites and mobile apps. CheeseBurger solves problems in the applications of matching the owners and designers and changes the public's perception of design. CheeseBurger expects to be an important role to improve the career environment of Taiwanese designers.

在台灣,你會發現熱銷的產品和好的設計幾乎密不可分,但設計業平均起薪卻只有29K,幾乎各行業墊底,調查中顯示,甚至有高達84%的設計師對入職場充滿擔憂。

In Taiwan, you might find that bestsellers and good designs are inseparable, but the average starting salary of the design industry is only 29K. According to the research, 84% of the designers are confused about entering the workforce.

將問題回溯到求職徵才過程後發現,資方因無法短時間了解設計工作者,而設計工作者無法保障自己權益等,各種問題衍生導致信任度不足。設計環境氣氛低靡是我們急需改善的問題。

We found that the employers don't understand clearly about the designers in a short period of time. Also the designers cannot protect their rights certainly. As the members in the field of design, we hope to do our best to solve these problems.

透過數百份問卷調查和數位設計師深入訪談,我們發現設計職場中勞資雙方的痛點,藉由競品分析,開始去思考切入點和如何解決培養社會大眾觀念。

Through the surveys and interviews with designers, we found the pain points of both employers and employees in the design field.
Next, we started thinking about the key point by competitive product analysis.

調查發現,76%的人才到職後不符合需求,45%的設計師有試稿或比稿經驗,69%設計師將履歷作品線上化等,且訪談中也發現,企業有時間短缺、人才資訊管理上的困擾,設計師需要自我價值定位、作品過程和邏輯展現上的引導歸納等問題。

The survey told that 76% of the talents did not meet the demands of enterprise after getting the job, 45% of the designers had experiences of design test or spec work, 69% of the designers have online resumes and portfolios. Besides, we also found that enterprises have short time managing talents’ informations, and designers need to know their own position in the society and guidance of displaying process and logical of designs, etc.

為了解決以上問題,透過我們的核心理念:安心的求職招聘和自我提升,歸納出以下六個平台特色。

To solving these problems, ”Feel free to seek employment and recruit designer, and improve your ability."is CheeseBurger's core value. We summarized eight features from our function. 

解決方案

透過前期量化調查及後期回到業界進行的質化調查,我們得知設計師的職場生態與其他職業有本質上的不同。因此,我們希望透過創建一個平台,能夠讓設計師在上面分享自己的作品與靈感,同時也可以找到理想的工作;企業也能夠在這個平台上找到合適的人才並透過大數據分析開出合理的待遇。進而透過平台的力量改善設計職場。

Through both our quantitative and qualitative study, we found that designers are a lot different from other occupations. Thus, we decided to establish a network which designers can share their ideas and find their dream jobs, companies can also find their suitable employees. Along with the big data, we can help the companies offer the fair treatment. And improve the whole designers job environment through our network.

智慧高效的人才探索
透過AI深度學習將平台作品進行風格分類,利用圖像篩選發現合適人才。此外,企業方可在平台傳送測驗題目,並快速給予應徵者評價,改善人才篩選效率。

Classifying all works in our platform by different styles through AI technology, any company can find their perfect employee by using the visual filter. Besides, companies can send exams to the designers and compare their feedback in haste.

高效的面試安排
改善UI的同時加入面試安排功能,結合行事曆與徵才功能,快速安排每一名應徵者的面試時間。

Based on enhanced UI design, we combined the calendars and recruitments which can help companies arranging their interviews.

快速編輯作品集
快速針對職缺需求選取相關作品組合成具有針對性的作品集,方便企業快速瞭解設計師在相關領域的水平。

Quick selecting your works and packing into a job-relative portfolio help the company acknowledge your talents in the field.

被動求職與大數據
翻轉傳統主動求職方式,自行發布理想職位與待遇,並且結合大數據協助企業開出合理待遇。

Posting your dream jobs and treatment by yourself, it helps you finding your suitable jobs in haste and helps the companies treat their employees better.

安心試稿
企業透過平台傳送測驗題目,測驗開始前先簽約,藉由平台保障雙方權益。同時也透過數據支持建議企業提供試稿報酬。

For the security of both rights, the platform offers a contract for both employees and candidates to sign before the exam begins, and by data supports suggests companies to offer a fair reward for spec works.
